Silk Road - Minfeng (or New Niya)
Niya is an archaeological site which was a commercial center, an oasis in a southern branch of the silk route for trade between China and Central Asia. To be buried and preserved by the desert is considered to be the Pompeii of the East. © Tangsiuje - See the Silk Road map with a complete picture set.
