Kenya. Patterson Bridge.

The A109 Nairobi to Voi divedes Tsavo West from East. Patterson's bridge. Col JH Patterson oversaw the construction of this rail bridge in 1898. He wrote The Man-Eaters of Tsavo (Peter Capstick Library Series) to describe the hunt for the two lions that preyed on his labourers.
